The City of North Myrtle Beach Parks & Recreation Youth Sports programs are designed to offer participants a variety of recreational sport leagues and activities in a safe, fun, and well supervised environment. We focus on the whole child through positive coaching, teamwork, sportsmanship, skill development, self-development, self-esteem, and socialization skills. Sports provides recreational activities to enhance and build positive experiences and healthy lifelong habits.

Youth Basketball

Residents: $25 (With valid ID)    Non-Residents: $35

J. Bryan Floyd Community Center or the Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

Season runs from November – February

Participants will be given the opportunity to participate in organized basketball leagues that focuses on fun, participation and teamwork.  Practices will begin in December and games will begin in January at the J. Bryan Floyd Community Center. Each participant will receive a team jersey.
