Gentle Yoga, Core and More

This class will focus on upper body conditioning using weights and tubing.  Corework will vary using stability balls and Pilates-based exercises.  Classes are designed to increase the student’s bone and muscular strength, as well as improve one’s flexibility and balance.  All equipment is provided.
