Tai Yoga

Thai Yoga is performed laying on a comfortable matt on the floor.  The instructor will work along the Sen Lies of the body to move the Lom (energy) through the body.  It has been described as having someone do yoga to you.  Thai Yoga helps release blocked energy, improves flexibility, and is very relaxing.  Wear comfortable clothing.

Open to ages 13+
