  1. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: Second amendment to the Master Development Agreement regarding the Sandridge Tract and to authorize the City Manager to sign the document on behalf of the City
  2. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: Request to rezone 8.9 acres off Westport Drive from HC and R-3 to R-2A
  3. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: Petition for annexation and zoning designation for 1.58 acres on Champions Boulevard
  4. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: Business License Standardization
  5. ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: An ordinance to convey an approximately .21 acre parcel of land located adjacent to 6th Avenue South to property owners abutting the parcel to be conveyed
