This 11-week program will help you begin & progress by walking, jogging and/or running at a pace that's right for you! Each session includes a group walk/run & brief topics: proper shoes, injury prevention, nutrition & more. All who complete this program will be able to participate in a very special 5k event the final night. Female walking & running enthusiasts from the GS Running Club & other volunteers will be at each session to support your progress. Participants are expected to have their doctor's permission.
