NOTE: At the March 1 Council meeting, Council passed the first reading of an ordinance to amend Article V (NOISE), Section 12-72 (PROHIBITION) of the North Myrtle Beach Code of Ordinances. This proposed ordinance will receive a second reading at the April 5 City Council meeting, together with the above ordinance addressing enforcement.
--First reading of an ordinance to establish regulations for small wireless facilities in public rights-of-way
--First reading of an ordinance to authorize the conveyance of property from the City of North Myrtle Beach to the United Parcel Service, Inc. (via its entity BT-OH, LLC)(“UPS”) in exchange for a conveyance via various property owners described in the ordinance
